Bid Writer & Fundraiser

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer and fundraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will develop persuasive, compelling, compliant tender responses to support income generation for our charity. You will be responsible for proactively generating  income by identifying new funding opportunities, building relationships and networking with key stakeholders and creative partnership proposals.

Contract: Initially 24 Months Fixed Term Contract (subject to funding and review)

Location: Based in Stafford and working across the districts of Stafford Borough, Cannock Chase and South Staffordshire districts. Currently a blend of office and home working.

Closing Date: Tuesday 7th April 2026 @ 12pm
