Pension Wise
How we can help?
Pension Wise is a free and impartial government service about your defined contribution pension options.
We only provide guidance on defined contribution pensions.
You can find out what you can do with your pension pot, how to shop around and what to look out for with taxes and fees. We explain how to avoid pension scams and the importance of taking your time to make sure your money lasts as long as you do. Book an appointment today to get free and impartial guidance on your pension options.
Whether you choose to have your Pension Wise appointment by phone, online video or face-to-face, you will receive the same service and guidance.
To book a face-to-face appointment please call us (or ask someone you trust to call on your behalf) on: 0800 138 1585 between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. If you’re outside the UK, call: 020 3733 3495.
Please note that there are a limited number of face-to-face appointments available, which can mean longer wait times. It’s best to book in for a face-to-face appointment if you have an accessibility requirement that means a telephone or video appointment isn’t suitable for you. We are currently offering limited face-to-face appointments in our Cannock and Codsall offices.
Appointments will last for approximately 45 minutes.
You can book a telephone or video appointment online via Money Helper:
